Fabric
Performance fabric is checked for weight, stretch and colour before it is cut.
Print
Your artwork is printed onto transfer paper and pressed into the fabric with heat, so it never cracks.
Cut
Panels are cut to each size on your roster sheet.
Stitch
Panels are sewn with reinforced seams at the shoulders, armholes and hems.
Check and pack
Every piece is checked against your sheet, folded by player and shipped with tracking.

Day 0 - 02
Free mockup
Our designers send front and back mockups. We revise until it is right. You pay nothing at this stage.
Day 1 to 2 - 03
Lock the roster
Confirm every name, number and size on one simple sheet. Mix youth and adult sizes freely. Then we start cutting.
Day 3 to 5 - 04
Made and shipped
Printed, stitched and checked piece by piece against your sheet, then shipped to your door with tracking.
Week 2 to 4
Produce your
line with us.
